Settings

Template

You can make and correct your template for mail.

Email template list will appear.

Make and correct template

You can make and correct template.
If you want to create the template, please click [Create] button, or if you want to correct the template, please click the template name that you want to correct.

The Email template setting screen will appear.You can create, correct, and delete the template here.To create new template, please enter items and click [Submit] button.

Template name	Please enter the name of this template. When you use this template in your Email to send file or collect file, this name is not inserted Email text.
Email subject	This is a subject. When you use this template in the Email to send file or collect file, this subject will be used as an Email subject.
Email text	This is an Email text. When you use this template in the Email to send file or collect file, this Email subject will be used as an Email text. [##name##] Change into each name that Emails are sent to. [##mail##] Change into Email each address that Emails are sent to. [##addr_list##] Change into the destination list. [##file_list##] Change into the sent file list. [##url##] Change into file download URL for each addresses. [##upload##] Change into file upload URL for each addresses. [##dl_limit##] Change into the term of validity of downloading files. [##up_limit##] Change into the term of validity of uploading files.

When you click [Submit] button, message dialogue to confirm will appear. The template you made is saved. Please click [OK] button.

Delete template

You can delete template. Please click the template name that you want delete.

The Email template setting screen will appear.Please confirm the template and click [Delete] button.

When you click [Delete] button, message dialogue to confirm will appear. Please click [OK] button, the template you made is deleted.
